Quick Facts

A bit more.

My life is a circus with my five wonderful kids, two dogs, our senior cat Dexter (rip), and my life partner, Tyler.

Together, we live in our1950s split level home tucked in the East Side of Saint Paul.

I spent almost a decade of my career in event planning, helping people plan other big moments in their lives.

In 2018, just before the birth of my third child, I started my doula journey.

Now I support families in carefully curating their birth and postpartum preferences.

My ultimate goal is to help families feel empowered throughout this transformative process.

I find joy in cooking nourishing meals, cultivating a native plant garden, exploring nature, discovering ways to repurpose goods, and watching horror films.

MY Doula philosophy

  • You birth how you live

How we live our day-to-day lives eventually shows up in how we give birth.

  • Education is Power

The only way we can make informed and empowering decisions is through diverse evidence-based information.

  • No birth is alike

Each family deserves the opportunity to craft and lead their own unique birth story.

The person who made this website asked some people who know me what words they would use to describe me.

Here’s what they said:
