Have a free online consultation with me about my APPA Certified Placenta Encapsulation Services. Ingesting a placenta may not be for every recently postnatal person. Due to medical, health, religion, complications during childbirth, or contamination of the placenta; placenta encapsulation may not be an option. After a consultation, we will find the right placenta service for you and still honor your placenta.

The idea behind it is that consuming your placenta may offer various potential health benefits, such as improving energy levels, balancing hormones, reducing the risk of PPMD, increasing milk production, and helping with recovery after birth.

  • I’m so egg-cited. Stay tuned.

Craniosacral Therapy $125

  • You don’t have anything to lose, and you’ll get a healing method that connects the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, creating balance throughout your body. Maybe, the mind can’t understand the details – but that the body holds the stories, if we dare to be still enough to listen to the rhythm of the cranial wave, our core. That’s what craniosacral therapy aims for.

Craniosacral Therapy in Birth $300

  • Craniosacral therapy (CST) during birth is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that focuses on the craniosacral system. CST aims to support the body’s natural healing processes by balancing and releasing restrictions in this system.

    • Reducing Tension and Stress

    • Facilitating Optimal Positioning of the Baby

    • Reducing Labor Pain and Duration

    • Post-Birth Healing

    • Supporting the Nervous System

Craniosacral therapy is thought to help regulate the nervous system, supporting the body's autonomic functions and helping with emotional balance. This may be particularly beneficial for parents who experience high anxiety or stress during childbirth, or who wish to promote a more relaxed, calm state during labor.

Sibling Doula Services

  • This role can include everything from helping older siblings understand the changes that come with the birth of a new baby, to providing one-on-one care or attention during labor, to offering post-birth support.

Having a sibling doula can ease the transition for older children, helping them feel secure and part of the process rather than left out. It also ensures that families have the support they need to focus on the newborn, knowing their older child is being taken care of emotionally and practically.

This service can be especially valuable for families who want to include their older children in the birth experience, or who may be struggling with how to manage the changes in family dynamics.

$55 per hour with a 6 hour minimum.

I would love to hear from you!
